Summer Enrichment 2017 is almost here!

The theme of Summer Enrichment 2017 is Build a Better World!  Learn, create, and build in the events and projects we have planned throughout the summer!  You can learn about endangered animals and how we can help them, learn how seeing guide dogs receive training to help their people, learn how helping our environment can be magical!  Be creative in building LEGO Minecraft worlds, be artistic an help the environment at the same time by upcycling household items into new treasures and help grow our Skeet’s Sky Scrapers by working to together to help fill Skeet’s Pantry through the summer months. Stop in anytime and work with one of our pop-up crafts or building stations.  Be sure to look for the LEGO Mini-Figs hiding weekly around the library.

Enrollment begins June 17th at our kick-off event – Truck-a-Thon and runs through August 4th. You can enroll online or in the library. You can download an assortment of reading logs or stop in the library to pick them up.  Share your reading logs, attend a Summer Enrichment event, or get some books and you can receive a special reward from our groovy grab-bag!  Ask any of our staff for help finding something good to read, a movie to watch, or video game to play.
