Instructions
1. Click on the class that you are going to virtually attend (Note: you cannot access the classroom until 30 minutes prior to the start time)
2. Fill out the web form that is provided using the following information:
The Meeting Room host email address is : reference@cranburypubliclibrary.org
The Meeting Room password is class.
3. Once you fill out and submit the web form, a pop up window will appear about the class being recorded. Click OK
4. You may also receive a second pop-up window asking you to run software. Click YES. The software is safe to run on your computer and will NOT download anything to your computer. The software runs in the browser and is necessary to attend the meeting.
5. Wait for the screen to load up the virtual classroom and enjoy the seminar.
Please note: Once you have completed the steps above and you arrive at the virtual classroom, the instructor will provide further instructions to you about how the classroom works and how you can interact with the instructor and other students. Its easy…we promise!
