Learn to reduce stress and anxiety, improve relationships, and find focus, calm and balance. Presented by local resident Anjali Joshi — a certified meditation teacher who is very passionate about the subject. In the first class (12/7), she will do guided meditation on mindfulness of the body, and in the second (12/21) she will lead guided meditation on mindfulness of sensations.
